New application for Mandatory HMO Licence

For a new application, you will need details of all persons with an interest in the HMO, the property details, payment card for the application fee, and the following documents:

  • Gas safety certificate
  • Basic Disclosure for proposed licence holder and manager
  • Floor plans
  • List of the furnishings and their condition
  • Documents to evidence satisfactory management, including test certificates
